We have an exciting career opportunity administering hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients as prescribed by the Hyperbaric Physician. We focus on delivering safe and effective hyperbaric oxygen therapy while providing exceptional customer service. 


Salary up to $50,000


Location: South Florida/ Richmond VA


Duties and Responsibilities:


Perform a variety of routine & specialized procedures & patient care duties;



  • Greet, escorts patient to the room & prepares room for treatment

  • Acquire vital signs before treatment

  • Reads & records medical information in medical charts

  • Administers treatment using therapeutic equipment

  • Maintenance/cleanliness of chambers and room as required

  • Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately

  • HIPAA Compliance – complies with all of the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy and Procedures

  • Adheres to all Patient Safety Initiatives and Infection Control Procedures

  • Identifies and solves problems effectively

  • Lift patient or ist in patient transfer

  • Orders, stores & maintains an inventory of medical supplies

  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and telecommunication modalities in documenting, tracking and conveying information

  • Assist in scheduling, answering phones, process payments from patients

  • Be able to float throughout office


Qualifications:



  • Be certified as a CHT

  • Must have a valid and current BLS from the American Heart Association

  • Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required

  • Prior experience with billing preferred (Will train)

  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outloook)

  • Prior experience with an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system preferred

  • Must be physically able to perform CPR
