It is the intent of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society to supply the public with ad listings on jobs, equipment for sale and services within the undersea, hyperbaric and wound care medicine fields. The Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society does not accredit or sponsor the organizations that have posted ads. Your ad will be posted for a period of 90 days from the time of submission. The Hyperbaric Tech/Safety Officer assumes responsibility for hyperbaric equipment and safety requirements for the program as well as being involved in safety education. Is responsible for ensuring compliance in the program’s safety on behalf of the patients, company and hospital; therefore shall exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to the health and safety policy and procedures of the program. He/she shall make necessary recommendations for the departmental safety policies and incorporate new safety procedures as appropriate. He/she will work closely with the wound care staff, management, and physicians(s) in the coordination of patient care and make recommendations in procedures for the operations and maintenance of the hyperbaric program.
