Julio is the Program Director for the Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine at Springhill Medical Center, a multiplace, critical care, 24/7 hyperbaric clinic located in Mobile, AL. Julio's clinic at Springhill MC treats a significant number of injured divers on the Gulf Coast each year.

His background is in emergency medicine, intensive care, and clinical coordiation. Julio served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medical Specialist and Air Medivac Operations in Operation Desert Shield/Storm. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Marc Robins, DO, MPH, FUHM is the Senior Medical Director for the Wound & Hyperbaric Shared Services for the Intermountain Healthcare System in Utah. He is the current President of the UHMS and has served as Co-Chair for the Quality Utilization, Authorization and Reimbursement Committee and on the Education Committee for the UHMS.  He is an Associate Fellow of the Aerospace Medical Association (AsMA) and has served on the Science and Research committee AsMA since 2001-20. He is boarded in Hyperbaric Medicine, Aerospace and Occupational Medicine and Family Practice and retired as a Colonel from the USAF after a 20-year career in Aerospace Medicine.

Dr Hardy is a graduate of University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and completed Emergency Medicine residency and Hyperbaric Medicine fellowship at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. He holds academic positions with both Louisiana State University as well as Tulane University in the teaching of medical students, Emergency Medicine residents, and Hyperbaric Medicine fellows. In his 21 years with LSU, he has served in numerous leadership positions including Associate Director of Emergency Services and the Clinical Director of Emergency Preparedness. Dr Hardy has over 25 years in education, with continued emphasis on out of hospital medicine in both civilian and law enforcement/military contexts. Currently, he serves on the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technologists, where he has special emphasis on diver medic education and standards. As part of a remote diving medicine response team, he has been involved in the care of numerous complex diving injury cases, and has been a national level lecturer on management of diving injuries and illnesses. In his free time, he continues to be an active diver, martial artist, and sworn tactical medicine provider.
