Position Summary:
UTMB Health is seeking an active ambulatory care practitioner (physician) to treat clinic patients at our League City Campus/Clinic location. This will entail 9 half-day sessions per week with one half-day set aside for administrative duties. Participation in evening and weekend phone call coverage as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligible in respective field of medicine.
  • A strong commitment to patient care, medical student, and resident education.
  • S. Citizenship or Employment Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted state of Texas Medical License.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Registration with Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
  • Administrative experience.
